1. Set your Objectives: Create a new product cranberry Juice 

2: Resources needed: R&D team on researching and developing the product, allocate R&D funds from Finance team to fund the R&D on new product. Marketing team develop marketing plan for new product, Production team to plan on increasing production capacity for the new product. 

3. Format: Formal Email  

4: Identify your audience: R&D Manager, Finance Manager, Marketing Manager, Production Manager 

5. Identify frequency of communication methods: There should also be meetings held within R&D departments every week and report to COO on the update. 

6. Assign ownership: R&D Manager should produce research development plan with resources/funds needed, Marketing Manager should produce marketing plan with resources/funds needed, Production manager should produce production plan with resources/funds needed. Plans should be sent to Finance manager to work out the budget on the new project by 12 October.  

7. Measure Success- Management wants to launch the new product by 31 December
