Although transplantation can be vital, it can be just as dangerous to some; research needs to be done to place the correct donated organ with the correct body properly; the United States Organ Transplantation System has three critical roles in managing the system those include Promoting equitable access to available organs, Maximizing organ utilization and Increasing transplant system efficiency( Zingraf, Derkowski, Pizarro, Woodard, 2023) meaning that the company wants to increase as many transplants a year but it has to be done efficiently and effectively. Although an increased percentage of organ transplantations would be nice, healthcare/insurance does not always cover the procedure and is not always accountable to all patients who need this surgery. The future for the organ transplantation system is looking to be successful, not only in terms of safety and health outcomes but also in Technology, data transparency, governance, operations, and quality improvement and innovation (Zingraf, Derkowski, Pizarro, Woodard, 2023).
