However, despite its success and scale, Local Point is often experiencing various scheduling conflict issues that occur between student employees and their managers. Since this has been a prominent issue at Local Point, our team has decided to take this opportunity, to address the problem ofHow can managers and student employees at Local Point communicate better to eliminate inappropriate shift arrangements and effectively reallocate human capital resources to increase employee productivity and satisfaction?

We aim to study this organizational problem by utilizing the decision-making model, communication model, and our knowledge of organizational behaviors to dive deeper into the issue. We aim to collect comprehensive data through interviews and surveys. After we analyze the results, we aim to draw recommendations on how Local point can address their issue and have a net positive impact on maximizing productivity, motivation, and job satisfaction.
