Organization, Authority, and Teamwork  

Organizations are the largest entity, whereas, authority is required to manage individuals, teams, and the organization.  The most successful organizations use teamwork to achieve both their short and long-term goals.  Some organizations have failed in having the most effective authority and teamwork.
