Organizational change models such as that from Kotter have been the basis for much OD research in the past decades. However, the OD literature has shown a significant shift. You have been invited to attend an academic conference with your professor who is presenting results on a study where organizational change is studied from a dialogic perspective. You have been asked to provide a synthesis of the literature specifically highlighting the shift from traditional organizational development and leading change from a visionary mindset to one of a dialogic mindset. Your professor has asked you to include at least three references with some well-known model(s) of the traditional literature on leading change and at least 7 contemporary references (last 5 years) on what Bush and Marshak (2016) have termed Dialogic Organization Development
