This means you need to first be intentional about the core elements of the culture you want to create. What fundamental assumption(s) will you bring to this organization? What values and beliefs stem will you try to embed in the ethos of this organization? What artifacts (symbols, rituals, stories) can be put in place stemming from these values, beliefs, and assumptions? Next, you will have to bring in employees to the new organization. In order to continue building and strengthening your organization's culture, you should consider how will you socialize employees into the culture. Provide a concrete example of how you will execute one or more socialization steps.
