1. Define internal and external organizational environment and discuss issues in the literature related to the definitions, as necessary.

2. Describe in detail, the external environment of the chosen organization. It is important to include the nature of environmental change and complexity surrounding the organization. Does the organization experience resource scarcity? How does the organization deal with uncertainty?

3. Describe the general environment within which the organization operates. This should include the economy, as well as technological, sociocultural, and political/legal components.
