This company is a leading performer in the market and constantly has to find innovative technical solutions to stay in that position. According to the CEO, it is important for the company to have a work environment where the employees can learn, develop and take responsibility. Employees who are willing to step outside their professional limits and want to have a clear working division are not suitable for this company.
