Organizational performance is the accumulated results of all the organization's work activities. Organizational Performance indicators examples include: cost efficiency, length of time customers are kept on hold, and customer satisfaction[Placeholder2]. Performance Indicators are internal examples that help managers measure the performance from within the organization and from the employees. Performance is categorized as the "end result" of an activity[Placeholder2]. Organizational Performance plays on a "want" and "need" concept with management teams. Manages "want" high levels of success for their organizations however, they "need" internal organizational data to do so. In this paper, I will discuss the tools used to measure organizational performance. I will also discuss which tools are the least effective and the tools that are most effective
