Organizations continue to manage conflict and change on an annual basis. People who work together are naturally going to disagree about what and how things are done. What causes conflict on teams? Many things can lead to conflict, including casual remarks that are intentional, blaming others for their success in the workplace, and disagreeing over goals and priorities.

Question: Think of a time in the workplace, school or at home, that you were involved in a conflict. Describe the conflict, who were the people involved, state if it was intentional or unintentional, how was it resolved and what change do you feel needs to happen to avoid repeating the conflict in the future.
