Organize the following notes and write the minutes of the meeting described in the notes.
Background information: You are the secretary of the administrative board for the local Girl Scout Council.The purpose of this board is to oversee the council's programs, make recommendations for activities and equipment purchases, and serve as public relations group for the council.There are nine members on the board,which meets four times a year.You made the following notes on the January 30 meeting.

Elizabeth Santini suggested awarding perfect attendance certificates to the girl scouts at the end of each quarter rather than once a year. Several of the members felt this was a good idea and would be an excellent motivational technique to help the girl scouts develop the habit of being dependable.
Next meeting will be April 3 at 1 p.m.
Chairperson Julie Anderson called the meeting to order at 12:30 p.m. in boardroom at council office with the following members present: Michelle Atwood , Kimberly Wade, Doris Bruckner, Pedro Cosme , Stephanie Pugh, Elizabeth Santini and Tina Minoski ( and you).
Meeting adjourned at 1:30 p.m.
Minutes from last meeting(October 10th) approved as read.
Elizabeth Santini placed the Treasurer's report on file for audit. She indicated there is $2677 cash currently on hand.
Minoski gave an update on the annual Scout-o-Rama. Since the last meeting ,she has received survey cards from 25 girl scout units expressing an interest in participating . Kimberly Wade suggested the date be changed from the last Wednesday in February to the last Wednesday in March because of past problems with bad weather in February,which reduced attendance.A vote was taken and the motion passed. After a lengthy discussion of pros and cons, Stephanie Pugh presented the changes as a motion, and Doris Bruckner seconded it.
Doris Bruckner , chairperson of the Advancement Committee, reported that she felt the council should recruit more volunteer specialists to assist units with advancement in the more difficult areas. Doris distributed a list of areas needing advancement assistance and some statistics showing the need. After the discussion,Michelle Atwood made a motion and Pedro Cosme seconded the motion to adopt this recommendation and forward it to the executive council for implementation. The members voted and the motion passed.
