Please be sure your letter complies with the requirements of APRA. The categories of documents requested are:

1. All attorney bills with line item descriptions and amounts billed;
2. All records related to experts retained by the agency whether for litigation or consulting purposes;
3. All written legal opinions rendered by the agency's lawyers;
4. All administrative hearing decisions issued in the past year.
5. All complaints filed with the agency by members of the public.
6. All minutes of meetings of the agency's Board of Directors.
