Exercise 9 Engaging Employees In the previous Exercise you and your team members implemented some initiatives to improve employee motivation. As you have done more research on how to build positive relationships with your employees you became aware of a more robust approach used by many organizations to achieve very high levels of both productivity AND employee satisfaction. This approach is called "Employee Engagement" and goes beyond simply "motivating" employees. Achieving this level of relationship has significant benefits both for the organization and the employees.
