I think both are important pieces and I think if I could do this assignment again I would complete more traits to really understand how different the generations are. A lot of times in my work, I use the differences as an advantage as it allows for people to communicate with people who bring a different perspective. We both listed the exact same information for communication style. The other chart I reviewed also had the exact same information. With regards to work ethic, I think we came to the same conclusion, Baby Boomers are loyal while Generation Z is comfortable with switching from job to job. The other chart I reviewed I found we looked at leadership style differently and I found the same with your chart. I looked at leadership style as how that generation prefers to lead not the type of leaders they want to report to. I was surprised to learn during my research how incorrect I was about Baby Boomers.
