Our final module deals with Employment Law. Employment discrimination is a topic that some of you are likely to encounter either as employers or employees.

Please find the Americans with Disabilities Act (Federal Statute) and Michigan "Persons with Disabilities Civil Rights Act" (State Statute).

1. See if you can find how both statutes define an "employer". Are they the same or different? Explain.
2. Is an employer required to accommodate a person with a disability? If so, to what extent?
