Call center employee training on the new product and sales techniques Launch of the credit card product would be on December 1, 2022Staff Training Schedule The training schedule for the Call Centre employees is as follows: 1. The training will take place over 5 days, in various batches of employees to accommodate different shifts and territories. 2. The training will be conducted in class and will cover product features, benefits, and sales techniques. 3. The training room, seating, projector, and Wi-Fi will be arranged by the financial institution. 4. The vendor will bring their own laptops. 5. The training budget for procurement purposes is $100,000. 6. Of the 300 employees eligible for training, only 30 employees need training in French. The vendor will provide French language training as well.The training should start and be fully completed in 5 days. Materials for the training should be developed and delivered by the vendors in-class training. Laptops for training purposes will be made available by the vendor and will be used to execute the training dully. The scope of the training will include both product knowledge and sales techniques targeted at appealing to Generation z. The training materials available for the training should accommodate 300 employees effectively. Training will be conducted in French language for 30 persons (employees). All training activities should be fully executed within the $100,000 set budget.
