Our law enforcement agents are faced with people dealing with mental health issues, and many communities have agencies advocating for those in the mental health communities. However, how can an officer determine if this individual has a mental health issue and or is there other factors present, such as under the influence? I say this to say that there are so many factors that our law enforcement agents have to be aware of, is there really enough training? and or is this just an ethics and moral concern? Explain
