Our objective is to describe what it means to be a morally responsible team member within an organization.

Ethical behavior is not only an individual issue, but it is also a task that must be embraced by the entire group, team, or organization. Members must be willing to hold each other accountable for an organization to be ethically sound. This assignment provides you the opportunity to assess your approach to working with others. Successful group interaction requires ethical behavior from all members. While the attitudes of individuals are key in determining the interaction of group members, recognition of causes of social loafing can provide information to help improve group interaction.
