Our objective is to examine different forms of power used by leaders and how leaders use power in the workplace.

We all recognize various forms of power that exist in organizations. French and Raven group the forms of power into five different categories. This assignment provides an overview of the various forms of power and you explored one of those forms of power in-depth. Leaders exercise power in many ways. Because power is a necessity within organizations, businesses, and government, it is important to understand the different forms of power and how leaders use power. There are ethical approaches to power, as well as abuses.
