Our People Division Department uses Microsoft Teams for daily huddles with the Workforce Services and Workforce Development teams. We have three huddles daily, and the biggest group is the one with the Workforce Services team. During discussions, the same employees typically participate, while others remain silent and are the first to leave the meeting. These team members who don't participate are freeriding, benefiting from their colleagues' efforts without contributing anything themselves.
