Our project aims to introduce a cutting-edge product to meet the evolving needs of modern photography enthusiasts. With advancements in technology and a growing demand for high-quality imagery, our project endeavors to deliver a digital camera that combines superior performance, innovative features, and user-friendly design as discussed in the initial phase of our Capstone Project. In the second phase of the Capstone project, after conducting thorough research we finalized our detailed routing plan that will be followed for the whole process of shipment from source to destination. As a result of in-depth analysis, we chose Transportation Modes for our two shipments and explained shipment details and the most appropriate packages for our digital cameras. We also explained in detail the costing sheet elaborated the sum of all the costs, identified during project execution. We regularly reviewed and updated the costing sheet throughout the second phase of our project to ensure accurate budget management and financial transparency. At the end, we analyzed crucial risks Associated with the entire shipment formulated in risk registers. Explanation to the supply chain Warehouse in Tokyo, Japan: This is where the Canon digital cameras are stored after manufacturing. During transit, supply chain visibility and tracking mechanisms ensure that the shipment's progress is monitored. Any delays or issues are communicated and managed accordingly. Upon arrival Vancouver Port Canada, the containers are unloaded and cleared through customs. Efficient port operations and logistics coordination are essential to minimize dwell time and expedite the onward journey. The cameras are loaded onto trucks for transportation to the warehouse in Kitchener. Along the way, route optimization and real-time monitoring ensure timely delivery and minimize disruptions.
