Our society is continuously changing and technology is taking over and becoming more of a norm. I'm not against changes nor am I unable to learn technology but is the company providing on the job training for the older workers that are not too familiar with the new technology that is being presented? You stated that but what is that training entails? What if it takes longer for an employee to catch on? Would that jeopardize their position within the company? Also, in the meantime of learning the new technology, what is the expectation of the company from us employees?
