we need to make a logistics newsletter that will be distributed to company employees and select customers. You will detail

• 3 issue(s) for each all of them should be from a logistical perspective.The company is experiencing in the logistical activities Transportation, International logistics, Importing and Exporting.
• describe your proposed strategies respectively.
• identify performance 3 metrics that will be used to evaluate the effectiveness of the chosen strategies.
• Your newsletter can include photos, graphs etc.

The strategies must be appropriate to your product and company goals, in other words, do not say you will purchase a $2 million software application if you are selling inexpensive t-shirts in one location only. Remember the company is a small-medium enterprise with limited resources.
