Out of the five Stages of Team Development, my team is currently in the performing stage. According to Schmidt, 2021 the performing stage is where a team begins to collaborate and work the plan (p.124). It is also the stage where disagreements are settled within the team and with positive attitudes. Right now, my team at work has all the necessary positioned filled that are required for us to run effectively. All three of us work extremely well together and there are no egos when there are disagreements within the team
