Which of these do you feel would be the hardest to cope with? Which of these do you think lend themselves to an increased risk of litigation from inmates? Does having a system for inmate grievances alleviate any of these pains? Is the standard grievance procedure fair or does it feel like there are too many obstacles for inmates to be made whole?
