Your project will be an attempt to address the following points: 1. Develop goal(s) which needs to be achieved by using some strategy(ies) suggested by you. 2. Perform both internal and extermal analysis of the company. (You are not required to perform these analyses by using matrices). 3. Create match between internal and extemal forces. Note: GE Mckinsey matrix is required in case of product portfolio strategy i.e., corporate strategy) (please take at least two business units and at least five forces for both industry attractiveness and business strength if you develop GE Mckinsey matrix) or SPACE matrix is required in case of business strategy (please take at least two indicators for each position in case of SPACE matrix). 4. Suggest some strategies based upon your matching stage. 5. Choose the best possible strategy. Note: You are required to develop QSPM by taking at least three of each force (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats) and two strategies. 6. Discuss whether your suggested strategy is contradictory or consistent with your intuition. Elaborate the reasons of this contradiction/consistency. 8. What will you prefer between intuition and analysis in case of contradiction and why?
