1. Over the past couple of years the 1951 Convention relating to the status of refugees doesn't seem to be adequate in addressing current issues related to displacement, case in point, Palestine and Venezuelan crisis; those individuals would not fall under the established conventions of the 1951 convention. Then should we remove it, should we adjust /amend it to better address current issues of displacement.Explain
