According to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, on September 17, 2013, the United States and Canada jointly recalled 41,280 footed pajamas (38.000 in the United States and 3,280 in Canada) that were produced in three styles that did not meet flammability standards for tight-fitting pajamas. The recalled pajamas were offered in different sizes, depending upon the style, ranging from 9-12 months up to 3T.No injures were reported.
