You have identified a workplace/workforce issue of interest, analyzed the literature, identified a potential solution, and conducted SWOT and stakeholder analyses. In Part IV of the Leading and Influencing Change Paper, you will create a formal presentation for the Board of Directors. You are writing from the perspective of a member of the Board, so will be presenting to your peers on the Board.
