Over the progress of the course we have discussed a variety of principles of organizational behaviour and effectiveness.

This assignment is a short personal summary of one (1) of the most relevant theories, models or practices you have learned during the course. However, the main objective of this last assignment is for you to outline an action plan of when, where and, most importantly, how you plan on using what you have learned in a real world setting. Real world settings include part-time or full time employment you are currently engaged in, volunteer work such as schools, religious institutions, committees or not for profit organizations you belong to and participate in.
