Your company is in the process of establishing its culture and ideology with the thought of establishing relationships with global supply companies. You will be preparing an "Organization Culture Analysis" to present to your CEO.

This analysis should include: A similar company comparison, A Mission Statement, A document of key success elements, and a Summary. This document should be clear, organized and professional, just as though it was a real life situation.
