Overview: This report contains recommendations on the development and establishing of quality assurance system that will meet with the requirements of ISO 9000 registration. To this end, the recommendations will be segmented into four areas as outlined by ISO 9000 which are Management Responsibilities, Resource Management, Product Realization, and Measurement, Analysis, and Improvement (Evans & Lindsay, 2014. p. 81). Gartner Summits states that in order to realize breakthrough business performance a company needs to challenge the status quo in order to transform one's practices and "by transforming our business we get the breakthrough performance that business process management promises to deliver" (Gartner Summits & Dixon, n.d.)
