Overview When studying motor behavior, one of our main goals is to be able to put our new knowledge into practice. It's great understanding the underlying concepts of how we move, but if we can't use those concepts in the real-world, our knowledge is diminished. This assignment will allow you to discuss the information you gain this semester by disseminating coaching/practitioner advice for a motor skill. Guidelines You are tasked with creating social media posts aimed at giving advice to athletes/patients to help with a motor skill. You will need to select a motor skill (kicking a ball, swinging a bat, balancing on a beam...etc.) You will then make descriptive social media post on any platform discussing pointers and helpful tips about learning this skill. This should replicate marketing posts you see commonly on the platforms. You will need to include a specific concept we have learned in the preceding sections leading up to the due date. These concepts include:

For each concept, you need to explain helpful advice for a novice learner, an intermediate learner, and an expert learner. Your post must clearly present the information to help the viewer and explain the best practices for your skill. Plan your post 1.
