1. An overview of the case and the reasons why you chose this particular cases to write about,

2. A description/discussion of the ruling with at least (2) justice's quotes,

3. A complete analysis of the case/ruling either pro or con from a position that you as the student most agree with including constitutional reasons or legal standards to support the rationale.

4. The Title Page and References Page may be counted toward the total minimum page count.

NOTE: you may need to write more to produce adequate content in your paper.

The best place to start is online. Google something along the lines of "Landmark Supreme Court Cases" or "Recent Supreme Court Decisions", then choose the case you want to write about. Paper Guidelines:

  • No Papers are allowed beyond two days of the original due date.
