Paige is an equity broker in Top Brokers Ltd, an upcoming derivatives trading company in London. She suffers from stress and often attends acupuncture sessions at KoonSpa. She has been attending that center for years and she has always maintained some casual conversation with her acupuncturist Dr Xing. Dr Xing has another client, Mr Brown, who is VoiceControlCEO, a smart homeequipment manufacturer whois trying to compete with the existing leader companies on the internet of things. Unfortunately,the launch of their new revolutionary devicewill have to be postponedin the market dueto some faults against what he had announced in a Press Conference the day before. He visits Dr Xingand tells of the problem with his company's new product. That day, Dr Xing conveys those news to Paige who,having a large position on the stock, sells it immediately after returning to the office. The next day,Mr Brown announces on the press conference the fault on the new model. The FCA notices some big saleson Voice Control's shares and decides to investigate and bring charges against Paige, Dr Xing and Mr Brown for insider trading.
