This section will be a comprehensive examination of available information related to the research topic. Here you need to review several scholarly journal publications (available online but originally published in scholarly journals). This will be a substantial part of the project. This section will help clarify the research problem and the research questions. This section will discuss important constructs related to the problem and the variables that will be used to investigate the problem. You must clearly identify at least three relevant and meaningful constructs that relate to your purpose. Each construct must be defined and explained as to how it has been studied in the literature. Your goal here is to explain the constructs and then how they relate to your problem. You want to explain why you predict that there is a relationship between these constructs and how they are supposed to influence your final goal (i.e. increased customer satisfaction, increased sales, increased positive brand awareness).
