Pandas

I have been given 450 different csv files of photos taken within a short period of time. If we put them together it will show us a "short" film.

I converted the csv images to a single ndarray as image_1.

now I need to slice directly across time to create a time-slice image and slice diagonally across time and space. I don't know how, please provide the code bellow.
