PAPER TWO INTENTIONAL TORTS, NEGLIGENCE, PRODUCT LIABILITY, AND WARRANTIES Answer the following questions in the following order: [> a. Identify three intentional torts someone could claim your company/business committed and described the circumstances under which such claims could arise. Think about all the torts and cases we discussed in class, and remember that someone does not have the right to claim you did something wrong. Also, discuss what business could (should) do to reduce the risk of these tors from occurring. What defenses apply? b. In addition to the duty of reasonable care, what other duties (if any) does your business company owe and to whom are these duties owed? Think about possible heightened or extra duties owed based on the entitly you have selected, the type of business you operate, and whether you have a physical location. c. Describe two circumstances under which someone could assert negligence claims against your company/business. Make sure your scenarios include sufment facts to address the elements of negligence, i.e., Duty, Breach, Causation, and Damages.
