The pool is split in half for surfers and bathers. The surfers want plunging breakers and the bathers want spilling breakers. Design the pool geometry and wave paddle settings (wave period) to accommodate both groups. Make sure your suggested design values make sense physically. Include a properly scaled schematic (plan and side view) of your final design. You should strive to use the largest wave period possible for your design to make for a more pleasant experience for both user groups.
