Paraphrase: The part I found most challenging was thinking I knew exactly what the antecedents and consequences should be in addition to the replacement behavior. Then after dong research finding out that it was not the case at all. This caused me to bring what I found to my current BCBA's to review to revaluate the behavior plans we are currently using. This could have been career ending for me if it was not received as well as it was. Thankfully my BCBA's at my current place of employment truly believe they are not the end all be all on every topic and are always welcoming the input of others to make sure they are providing the best interventions possible
