1. Parker, the star quarterback of the Colorado Ponys agrees (in a separate contract) with the owner of the team that if he plays in the super bowl in 2013 he will receive an additional $10,000,000. Parker plays his heart out and the ponys go to the super bowl. Prior to the big games Parker is taking publicity photos on the team mascot when Tony the pony bolts and Parker is thrown, injuring his leg and can no longer playing the big game. Lost without Parker the ponys loose the game. On the Monday After the super bowl Parker goes to the team owner and requests his $10,000,000 check. Will he get it? Is this a unilateral or a bilateral contract? Why or why not? How was this contract accepted (if it was)?

2. John and Ben were boyhood chums in Poland. At one point Ben saved Johns life and as a result of his heroic efforts ben suffered a permanent injury to his leg, John came to the USA and prospered. Ben remained in Poland and as he later informed John, was in constant trouble with the law. John sent this letter to Ben in view of my success and our friendship and your previous kindness to me, I will send you money to come to the USA and give you permanent employment Ben accepted. John sent the money. Ben sold his land in Poland and came to the USA. John gave Ben a job. Weeks later during a Vodka drinking and pig eating contest, Ben and John had an argument and John fired Ben. Does Ben have any claim against John?

3. Case owned a tractor located in the woods near Rabbit Hash Kentucky. On Friday 16^th 2008, Thompson called Case about buying the tractor. Case said I will sell the tractor to you or to anybody else for that matter for $450. Upon an agreement, you take possession of the tractor. On February 19^th Thompson picked p the tractor and brought it home and informed Case on February 20, 2008, that he had the tractor. On February 19^th, Peterson who had learned of the offer from Thompson, sent a notice of acceptance.
