You have been provided 3 employees from another store that have experience with this process to help train the new employees. You have 10 new employees with no experience in this business, that will be responsible for both making and selling the T-Shirts. You are tasked with getting the new employees trained to do their jobs, and motivate them to be highly productive in both the making of the T-shirts and the follow-up sales. Answer the follow-up questions using your knowledge of these theories to help you accomplish these goals.
