Part 2: Instructions - Email Example You are the manager of a start-up technology company. You have begun to notice that your employees have become more relaxed in their workplace responsibilities. Longer lunch breaks, arriving to work late, and unexcused missed meetings are just a few of the issues that you have noticed. You want to address these issues in a company-wide email but then will also discuss them further during team meetings. Create an example of the email that you would send to address these issues. You should express your message clearly and effectively and explain your reasoning and any decision that you might make.

Part 3 Think about a time that you had a conflict with someone. This could be a parent, child, boss, coworker, etc. Explain what the conflict was.
