Part 1: Interview a stakeholder or survey stakeholders within the organization or outside of the organization. Ask this person to comment about the organization's mission, vision, and how it fits into the community. How does this organization compare to others in the community/in its area of work? Write a 2- to 3-page analysis (not including the title and references pages) to assess any differences and similarities in the perceived mission, values, and goals, and those of the stakeholders. Part 2: Based on the findings, first revise the mission statement. Then, write a mantra (usually 2-4 words) that captures the essence of your newly revised mission statement
