You are working for a new start$-$up company, DigiSmart Solutions Limited whose headquarters are located in the IFSC in Dublin. This company provides a range of products that provide digital solutions that are environmental and sustainable. The company has three production departments X$,$ Y & Z and two service departments, Accounting & Finance $($A$)$ and Sales & Marketing $($M$).$

Your department has been provided with detailed numbers on the budgeted overheads expenditure for the company for the year $2024$ and you have been asked to:

Prepare an overhead analysis report for the forthcoming management meeting showing the overhead cost budgeted for each department, the basis of apportionment used and calculate suitable absorption rates.
