Part 2

Peter is a paralegal for Attorney Allen Ramsey. Allen is going trekking in Nepal and will be unavailable for three weeks. He leaves Peter with an assignment to draft an advocacy letter to a party their client is suing. Peter has composed this type of letter many times, and he is very familiar with the file, as he did all the prior research on the case. Allen asks Peter to look up the law, draft the letter, and sign Allen's name on it. Is this a violation of any rules? What should Peter say to Allen?
