Part 2: Roe vs. Wade/Personal Freedom Discussion Roe vs. Wade and abortion rights are polarizing issues. Regardless of how you might feel about abortion itself, the larger issue in this court decision is one of the rights to privacy and the ability to control one's body. Can you think of a single law that prohibits what a male can do with his body? Additionally, the Supreme Court has signaled that the end of Roe could also be a pathway to ending same-sex marriage protections and even access to birth control.
