Reservation Entry screen

Title of screen should be "Reservation Entry"

Use the F$3$ function key to leave the program.

Reservation View screen

Title of screen should be "Reservation View"

Use the F$3$ function key to leave the screen.

Given a Reservation ID$,$ display the room id$,$ the person ID$,$ and date.

Should be two screens.
