If you want to enter into the two-year interest rate swap contract from Part 1 to hedge against this liability, do you want to enter into floating-for-fixed or fixed-for-floating? Explain why Hint: Start by writing down the liability from Q1 on a balance sheet. If interest rates decrease, the value of your liability will increase.
