Part 2 is about yourself and is written in the first person

Your personal reflection should be based on what you've learned and what you've written in your BREO journal. This can be done by writing in your journal about your self-assessment analysis, VARK, Belbin, and any other personal development tasks that relate to key skills for getting a job.

You can look at key skill growth in any or all of the following areas in the reflective report:

Communication (both verbal and written - evidenced by classroom discussion, presentations and report writing)

Numeracy - (evidenced by examples of use of data and statistics in your seminar activities and this submission)

ICT (evidenced using Microsoft Office programs during the unit)

Problem Solving (evidenced by examples of analysis and information gathering, during the unit and in the submission of the assignment)

Getting along with others (evidenced by reflecting on your experience working in teams during the unit)

In the reflective report, you should keep figuring out how your work in class and your practice week went by comparing them to Belbin, Tuckman, and Kolb models and theories when you can. As your growth is ongoing, you can also write about what you've learned from feedback given in seminars and SEM 1 units.

At the end of the thoughtful report, create an action plan. So, if you think something needs to be better, write down what you plan to do to make it better.

Format:

compose a thoughtful report about yourself from the first person's point of view.

This report should have proper Harvard citations in the text and in a list of references at the end.
